How it all started...
Indian Wells Baptist Church was founded by Pastor Justin Barnett in 2016. Pastor Justin felt compelled to start the church after speaking with a gentleman from the community. The man had tears in his eyes as he expressed his desire for a church that was welcoming to everyone and not just members of a certain family. Indian Wells Baptist Church aims to be a church that is welcoming to all families.
Mrs. Tiffany is a Navajo Indian who was reached through the ministries of Dr. Mark Haynes. Mrs. Tiffany greatly enjoys the opportunity to work her own people, the Navajo, and understands the importance of Native Missions.
Pastor Justin and Mrs. Tiffany are both graduates of Trinity Baptist Bible College and are excited to be planting a church on the Navajo Reservation.

Expanding the vision...
Each year at Indian Wells Baptist Chruch we extend an invitation to the communities surrounding Indian Wells. We host a Vacation Bible School around the third week of July where several of our communities' kids, teens and adults attend every year. We also participate in door-to-door soul-winning and in December we pass out Christmas gifts to the children.
Where we are headed...
Indian Wells Baptist Church is currently a mission supported by Trinity Baptist Church in Arlington, TX, and Ganado Baptist Church in Ganado AZ. We are praying that the Lord will soon increase the membership of Indian Wells Baptist Church so that we can become an independent local Baptist church.
